Workshops

Workshops are a vehicle to develop skills necessary to bring about positive change on an organisational and personal level. Workshops are generally more interactive and more intimate than seminars - participants are encouraged to think through issues for themselves and interact with other participants. They will learn a method, a technique or the 'how to' and take those skills back to the work place.

Workshop topics emphasise improved communication skills which result in increased buy-in leading to improved workplace harmony, more effective and shorter meetings, and increased customer satisfaction as examples.
Unlike seminars workshops may involve pre - or post-work.
