Karen is a well known and respected education consultant who has over 40 years extensive experience working in the health and aged care sectors nationally. Karen's expertise extends to organizational education and training planning, implementation and evaluation. Karen has worked with Di on the successful implementation of leadership courses across large organizations for sustained improved outcomes resulting in one large organization winning multiple industry and national awards for Leadership and Management as well as the Minister's for Ageing Excellence in Education and Training Award. Karen's role as an associate also includes the provision of evidence based research which underpins program content for Di Adamson. Karen is currently employed as a program coordination manager for the Aged Care Channel where Di is frequently invited to be an expert panelist on teams, leadership and management.
